The famous beaches of Cannes and Theoule-Sur-Mer are a 20-25 minute drive from the villa.
Theoule sur Mer is 5 minutes from the highway A8 exit Mandelieu.
Nestling in the Esterel Massif, Theoule offers you its red rock inlets where you have captivating views of the sea, coast and the mountains. Opio-Valbonne Golf Club, set on the Riviera, has been established for 25 years, but was opened in 1966. The club has a hotel, and offers a range of services, including restaurant, and terrace, and facilities include, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Golfing facilities, include, various training places, putting green, practice bunker, driving range, electric buggies, and trolleys.

This degree of difficulty of this eighteen hole course, is divided by two; the front nine demand concentration and accuracy in ones shots, whereas the back nine longer yardage's will require the use of woods.

Skiing
Greolieres Les Neiges is a large ski resort with 16 lifts (1 chair lift, 13 surface lifts) that offers skiers a respectable 400 metres (1313 feet) of vertical descent. Car hire is recommended and the car rentals can be found at Terminal 2 at Nice airport.
There is a bus service from Nice Airport which runs all the way up to Grasse and stops in Le Rouret.

Le Rouret is a traditional Provencal village where there are several local shops including a good-sized supermarket and Michelin star restaurant - Le Clos St Pierre. The locals often play boules on the place and there is a bistro, local produce organic shop and pizza restaurant also within the village.
The larger, livelier village of Valbonne, humming with cafes, restaurants and shops is about five minutes away.
Tennis courts, golf courses, beaches, breath-taking walks all easily accessible. Zip wire fun to be had within the gorge less than 20 minutes drive away. World renowned art gallery, foundation Meaght, and the famed village of St Paul de Vence within short drive. |
